How do I measure my pet’s neck?

Use a soft tape measure to measure the circumference of your pet’s neck. Add an additional 1-2 inches for a looser, comfortable fit! See our size guide page for the correct size to order!

How do I clean my bandanas?

Hand-wash or toss your bandana into the washer (use cold setting) only. Use mild detergent. Air dry your bandanas. Bandanas can be ironed or steamed. If ironing, use the cotton setting. Avoid ironing the plastic snaps! Our bandanas are not recommended for 24/7 use.

Can you add an extra snap onto my bandana?

Of course! Leave us a message and we’d be happy to add additional snaps, free of charge!

How can I clean my pet tags?

Our pet tags are made from resin, which is waterproof! Clean your pet tag with mild soap in warm water!

How durable are the pet tags?

Although our products are durable, they are not indestructible, not chew-proof and not scratch proof.

How come my tag does not look exactly like to product photo?

All of our pet tags are handmade, no tags will be exactly alike!

Will my pet tag turn yellow?

Resin will turn yellow overtime. Avoid leaving your pet tags in direct sunlight for a prolong period of time and away from high heat.

Can I fit more than one number at the back of the tag?

Depending on the size of the tag, we can possibly fit more than one phone number. Leave a note for us and we will let you know if it can be accommodated!

I would like a customized tag, do you take personal requests?

What is the processing time?

• Bandanas and Scrunchies = 1 to 3 business days
• Pet Tags = 1 to 10 business days

If you’re ordering both, please understand it may take up to 10 business days before your order is shipped!

When will I receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Processing time, depending on what is order is between 1 to 10 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped and delivered via the shipping option you choose at checkout. See our shipping policy for more information on delivery!

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order please reach out to us immediately. If we have not yet started processing your order, we can make the necessary changes to your order.
