Processing Times

All of our products are handmade to order.

  • Bandanas processing time is 1-5 business days
  • Scrunchies processing time is 1-5 business days
  • Pet Tags processing time is 1-10 business days 

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

 Shipping Rates

Canadian Orders

Bandanas and Pet IDs orders will be FREE SHIPPING (subject to change) and will be mailed as non-tracked letter mail. Aegyopup use Canada Post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 7-10 business days.

USA Orders

All items are charged flat rates of $10 CAD and Aegyopup use Canada Post to ship your order through Tracked Packet USA Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days.
We offer FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS of $75 CAD or more!

International Orders

Aegyopup uses Canada Post to ship your order through Small Packet International Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days depending on your location.
We offer FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS of $150 CAD or more!

Customs & Duties ( International Orders )

We can not guarantee that you will not be charged any duties or taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays dues to customs and we do not cover the costs for taxes/charges.

 

All orders are shipped using Canada Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout. 

Aegyopup is not responsible for any damages, delays or stolen orders. If your order has been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address, postage will be at the buyer’s expense and a reliable address must be provided.
