Due to the nature of our products being handmade and custom for your pet, returns are not accepted! We highly recommend before purchasing a bandana, to review our size guide prior to your purchase and please make sure to measure your pet’s neck!

Defects and Issues

We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect our products before they have been shipped out. Ultimately, if you feel you have received a defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
